Musgrave is a brand with a story from the ships and shores of explorers in the late 1800s.
Our challenge was to launch Musgrave Gin into the craft gin market in a way that spoke to its adventurous origins, embodied its spirit, and crafted a nostalgia for a time we never got to experience.

From this, the Musgrave Trading Post activation was born. Influential bloggers and gin appreciators were
asked to come to the launch with trinkets in-hand to barter for a taste of gin - the sort of trading that was
done in the 1800's.

To get guests excited for the event, our hand-delivered invites each contained an individually curated antique curio for them to bring along to the event and trade for their first taste of Musgrave.

We hired an actor to play the snake-oil-salesman appraiser. He bartered with guests for their trinkets in return for some well-deserved cocktails.
